Craig III Consulting LLC, and its principal Bob Craig, understand that our credibility to the expert community is as critical an element to our success as our relationships with lawyers, law firms and their clients who seek us out to help them find experts for their litigation. 

OUR PLEDGE TO THE EXPERT COMMUNITY 

• We will bring 'real opportunities'
  • We do not 'cold call' opportunities! 
  • When we call an expert to determine if there is a fit, we will be bring live opportunities based on the request of the lawyer, law firm or compnay that is actually seeking to retain an expert

• We will never shop an expert

  • We will only put an expert up for a matter after getting specific approval from that expert to be presented to the client.

• We only expect to be paid on collected revenue
  • Since we will be reaching an agreement with experts and expert organizations to compensate Craig III from the expert's billings, we understand that you should not be out-of-pocket and will collect our fees only from revenue you have actually collected 

WHAT WE OFFER TO OUR EXPERTS 

• Incremental Revenue -- Because of the broad base of clients we work with, it is highly unlikely that an expert we contact would otherwise have had an opportunity for the work.  Therefore, revenues for the expert are always incremental to what would otherwise have been collected. 

• Backroom support -- Through our many contacts with capable firms we can often assist the expert in identifying and contracting with firms to provide backroom support from data analysis and storage to case management and high level support.  

• Invoicing and administrative assistance -- While most of our experts prefer to handle their invoicing directly with the retaining firm, and then paying Craig III from collected revenue, Craig III can also offer billing services to you, handling the invoicing and other administrative chores on your behalf.
